Senior Property Manager
Tracey commenced as a property manager in 1985 when two-way radio was considered a means of communications with other staff members. After five years in this role and returning from caring for young children, Tracey ventured into the position of sales administrator where she prepared contracts, advertisements and other day to day duties for the sales team.
As her children grew and became involved in their sports, Tracey then became involved in sports management in Brisbane and Townsville, where she had the pleasure of watching her children achieve their dreams in their chosen sports. This was a fascinating career however the hours were extremely long and demanding on my family. As a family they transferred to Townsville with her husband’s work and after three years, Tracey was very excited to be back in Brisbane connecting once again with my passion of real estate.
Being an investor myself she understands the importance of having good communication with all parties and a high level of great customer service. ‘I pride myself in having a great “can do” attitude and an ability to build great relationships with both landlords and tenants and networking with the local community.’ No two days are the same with property management which makes coming to work every day interesting. When Tracey is not working, she loves her early morning gym sessions which is where she draws her strength from for the day ahead.
‘My other passion is sports, sports and more sports. Rugby league and basketball being at the top of my list. Sunday is our family brunch day where we catch up and frequent the local cafes in the area in which I’m also fortunate to work in.’
