Jacob and his brother (as well as the rest of the family, as this is a family run business), were absolutely sensational in every aspect of the sale process. I'm overseas and they could not have made the process any easier, with email and video chat handling everything required - and importantly helping me to feel 100% confident in all the steps they were taking to make things run smoothly.

They organized a re-paint and flooring, marketing, walkthroughs - even connected me with a great lawyer who processed everything and took all the payments out of the sale price.
